DAILY AND EFFORTLESS:
MONITORING AT HOME > SYMPTOMS ASSESSMENT > HEALTH PROFESSIONAL EVALUATION > RETURN TO WORKPLACE DETERMINATION > BUSINESS CONTINUITY
1. MONITORING AT HOME
MONITORING AT HOME: Employees takes their vitals while at home in a daily routine. This includes temperature and any other vital indicators of existing conditions, like hypertension, heart disease, respiratory illnesses, diabetes. Then, employees use Serinus technology tools for real time collection and transmission of these vital readings from their homes to Serinus applications (in the Cloud). Serinus automatically determines any abnormal reading value, which triggers the Vital Alert.
2. ALERTS & SYMPTOMS ASSESSMENT
SYMPTOMS ASSESSMENT: Upon any Vital Alert, or on a routine schedule (e.g. daily for COVID-19, weekly for other conditions), Serinus Smart Virtual Assistant calls the employee to perform a COVID-19 Health Assessment Screening. Alternatively, the employee can call the Serinus Assessment Line to complete the health assessment at any time. Any Positive Screening result will immediately trigger an outreach for scheduling a Telemedicine Consult. The screening result threshold can be adjusted for physician recommendation and company protocols.
3. HEALTH PROFESSIONAL EVALUATION
HEALTH PROFESSIONAL EVALUATION : Any person with a Positive Health Assessment Screening will be scheduled for a health provider consult as per the protocol determined by the employer. Alternatively, Serinus can coordinate or make the appointment for the Tele-Consult. This Telemedicine consult can be with an existing provider of the employee health plan or with a provider arranged by Serinus. The health professional will issue the prescription for a COVID-19 Test, if needed, or will provide further next steps for a care plan.
4. WORKPLACE GO/NO-GO DECISION
WORKPLACE GO/NO-GO DECISION: Optionally, Serinus can confirm with the health provider if the employee is able to safely return to work based off the results of the COVID-19 test, or any other condition as per employer protocol. The GO/NO-GO workplace safety determination can then be made. Serinus will periodically send the relevant reports to employers.

Serinus services and related workflow are flexible and can be adapted to each particular workplace or company requirements to minimize any impact on workplace productivity.
Serinus Health provides employers and businesses with the necessary information and decision criteria to perform the critical task of maintaining workplace safety on a daily basis. This in turn empowers employees to be participants of their own safety in the workplace, increasing morale and sense of well-being.
